About 20 years ago the Dr wouldn't remove the cataract because of wrinkles on the retina. He was concerned that opening my eye to remove the cataract.might blind me. Since proceedures have improved, he is confident that I will see much better. I am very hopeful I will be able to see better than I ever have soon. Even tho I am nearly 90 years old.

Dr Lu changed my life. She swept in during the pandemic and with thoughtfulness, kindness and dignity changed my life with her robot. Using this process made recovery time quick and (mostly) painless. I awoke from surgery completely repaired and just needed to rest. I cannot praise her enough to convey how much she and those at Mercy changed my life!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Eye Care Team at Mercy. I truly attribute the vision I have today to the excellent care and treatment I have received from Dr. Sun and the entire team at Mercy. John received good care, but the wait is a little too long. We drove in from Neosho, allowing 2 hours for travel allowing for possible delays. The appointment was for 2:20 PM we left the clinic at 4:30. That is stressful on me and my husband. U am a diabetic and my husband can't see at night to drive. It seems to me that the further you have to drive you should be able to receive an earlier appointment.

Doctors are top notch. However, the scheduling is a nightmare. Every single time we’ve ever been here, you wait at least 2-3 hours after your scheduled appointment time before you ever actually get to be seen. Ask anybody in the waiting room and it’s that way for everyone unless maybe you are first appointment of the day. Again, the doctors are great, Mercy just needs to figure out the scheduling issues because this is an ongoing problem that they can’t seem to get under control and it means you basically have to clear out your entire day and not have ...

Check in was quick and easy. We checked in shortly before 8 and they were putting him in the car by 12:30. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. I was the driver and my husband the patient.
