The office staff it was really nice. The waiting area was clean. Didn’t have to wait long for the nurses to come out and see me for the last 15 years. I’ve won glasses and the stuff that had told me that I do not need glasses. Just get a pair of reading ones.
Doctor wasn't helpful at all when I asked questions related to Eyes conditioned. I'm definitely not returning back to that place again. I felt like he was just ignoring me. Every questions asked him he aways give me a funny answer. I'm done with that place. I will provide a 0 rating for him. Mr. Rivera
The staff themselves were great. The Dr didn’t explain anything to me ( I had an emergency visit) and didn’t get any answers other than my rosacea was an issue. Didn’t say I should go to a dermatologist and be treated or anything. Scheduled me for another appointment in 2 months and I have no idea what for?
Dr. Campbell is always thorough with his exams. The technicians are quick and efficient. The front desk is very busy, and they are really good at getting people checked in and out as professionalyl as possible!
Excellent service from the entire Vision Care team. From reception to the technician and doctor, everyone was courteous, compassionate, and humble. A truly pleasant and professional experience.
Awesome place for children. Dr is SO wonderful with kids. Some clients have been going there for about 10yrs. Our granddaughter has been going there since she was one yr old & she's now three. Waits at the office can be very long (couple of hours), plus they put the eye drops in & have to wait for the dilation, etc., but it's a great facility with movies for kids (just bring plenty of drinks, snacks & activities to keep them comfortable).
