I had a problem with another provider due to what I believe was their office manager. I was referred to Dr. Elmer and I am so grateful that I was. I spoke to Donna, a 30 year employee who immediately set me up with a luncheon that week (that is mandatory and great). Set an appointment the following week all in one phone call. At that appointment for measurements etc. of my eyes, that examination was much more comprehensive then the one I had with the previous provider. From the first visit to post cataract surgery everybody involved was professional and friendly and they explained everything extremely well. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Dr Elmer made me feel comfortable and confident throughout every step.
Dr Endyl is a great surgeon and I felt so comfortable with him performing my cataract surgeries. The employees there are very compassionate to their customers. I will continue all of my eye care with them.

The entire experience from the receptionist to the nursing staff and everyone in between was exceptional. I highly recommend their services for your visual needs. The staff was very kind, competent and caring. I want to especially recognize Nicole who went above and beyond to schedule me before my trip and for hand holding me through the process. She is a genuine asset to your practice. The procedure went exactly as I was informed of and so far so good! Thank you Dr Elmer for the work that you do to restore one of most vital senses to us. Aging is a whole lot better when you can see!
Came here for the first time and it was genuinely one of the best experiences I've had in a doctors office. When I tell you everyone was so kind and sweet I mean EVERYONE. You can tell they enjoy what they do want to make you feel cared for. Especially front desk taking extra steps with insurance stuff. 10000/5 stars ❤️
