I was able to get a same-day appointment for an urgent eye issue, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. Dr. Matthews was kind, compassionate, and extremely reassuring. She quickly diagnosed and resolved my problem, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier. Very long time patient here. Dr Pamel's office is always a very pleasant place to visit. It is spotlessly clean and extremely efficient. The staff are caring and attentive, the technicians know what they're doing and the doctors are exemplary. I often arrive early and am cared for almost immediately. If I do arrive late, that's not a problem either. I've had several successful surgeries. NO NOTES, very pleased.
Dr Brazzo is a wonderful human and very knowledgeable specialist. I highly recommend him for his expertise and caring demeanor. Clean and efficient office! My wait time was under 10 min and I was in the chair! Thank you Dr Brazzo and staff for going out of your way to care for me!
