I’m in love with all the ladies here!!! On my way back and forth through the big building, each stop was with a lovely lady and ended almost with Brandy who is a pure delight. And Dr. Mincey was awesome also! I’m looking forward to seeing them all again!! I feel really good about the upcoming eye procedure I’ll be having and that says more than anything about the people there. Everything was clearly explained and printed with color coding so I won’t forget. 😍
From the receptionists at the front desk to the recovery, service and treatment has been outstanding! I never had surgery before so I was a lot apprehensive but read extensively about the cataract surgery procedure. I elected no anesthesia, the surgery pre op nurses were funny and excellent. Inside the surgery room nurses were very informative, told me what to expect and assured me all would be well. Most of all Dr Shah who was my eye surgeon was kind, cool and collective! Knows his stuff and was finished first eye quickly, as I didn’t even know when ...
I would highly recommend Carolina Eye Associates. I have been a, patient of Dr Mincey for 6 years. I have always, had a professional exam from him as well as all of the staff. Everyone works together and provides you with a very pleasant experience. You could not ask for any better care.
I was very pleased with the care I have received at Carolina Eye Associates from Dr. Delmonte. His assessment, explanation, and treatment of my current vision issue resulted in a good outcome. I highly recommend this practice and specifically Dr. Delmonte.
Staff and nurses are quite pleasant and helpful. Although the doctor did a wonderful job with my cataracts, he was very rushed and could have explained things a little bit more. I'm grateful for my greatly improved vision now!
