The doctor during consultation and the doctor that did my procedure were both polite and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor during my procedure was patient and understanding. All of the staff was great actually. The receptionist was also kind and made me feel seen as she recognized me every time I came in. The nurse in the laser room was also nice and gentle.
