I had a very concerning experience with the Edgewood Kentucky office. I first spoke with one of their employees, who refused to verify my insurance and stated it was “patient responsibility,” She told me my insurance wouldn't cover the vist even though they never asked for my policy number. She also gave me incorrect information about my insurance being “state‑run” and not working out of state, which I know is not true. I have use it in Tennessee and Georgia. Very disappointing experience at the Cincinnati Eye (Blue Ash location). This is now our second visit with extremely long wait times and poor communication. During our recent appointment, we waited almost 3 hours without any updates from staff. Eventually, when we asked, we were told the doctor was actually on vacation - yet they had still scheduled our appointment. I had no vision in my left eye for close to five years following a retinal reattachment surgery. This surgery caused a cataract to occur on my eye. Dr. Aaron Kaufman removed the cataract and I now have my vision back in my left eye! GOD told me: all things are possible with GOD. Flew to Cincinnati to CEI from Maine for cataract removal. My husband has a very rare eye condition which makes it difficult to have a cataract removed. Nanothalma.
