My visit with Dr Kondash was a solid 5 - as usual. He's professional, thorough, patient, takes the time to explain everything & I feel confident with the care I receive from him. I'm happy for him that he's retiring 10/1/'26 but sad, because I'll miss him. My reason for the reduced rating is due to the staff (first time I've ever experienced care of this caliber from this office after being a pt for many years). The Staff was very polite, professional and friendly. Doctor DaVitt was very thorough , kind, and professional. Took his time with the exam, and answered any questions I had. The offices were clean and spacious, and full of patients. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.

I was impressed with their new location on Cheviot Road. Very large building with plenty of parking. The nurse that did everything prior to me seeing the Doctor could have been more personable, she spoke to me as if she was reading the questions to me. I had never seen Dr. Seitz and I really liked her, already scheduled my next visit with her. She prescribed eye drops to me and she spoke with me about how they deal with the insurance companies and prior authorizations. I had a great experience! Very clean and quiet. Wonderful staff, especially the prescription manager (think her name is Sarah) and Dr Seitz! We had a big issue with my prescription but they did everything they could and we finally got it cleared up and I’m on the road to healing after dealing with a severe case of Dry eye for over three years! Don’t listen to the negativity- a lot of ppl don’t do what’s required and then get mad when things don’t go their way. I highly recommend this place. Went n was greeted with Smiling, office was little big but not a lot of patients but they was n back. Had appointment at 11:00 ( checked in online) called at 11:05 finished on time for my Lyft I ordered ahead to be picked up 12:00. Got to back the ladies where very nice with eye tests got n chair to relax Doctor came in finally touched of test results and Thanks again for conversation and you're welcome.

Ive been there 2x in 3 days. Ashley is an asset to your business. Very polite and thorough. Plus as nice as one could hope foe. In 5 minutes Dr. Mckenzie, had me diagnosed, meds called in and is very nice and great eye doc. Im am thrilled to be getting better soon and your team is amazing!
