Everyone was very nice and friendly and they explained everything that they were doing to me. My wait time wasn’t that long before I saw Dr. Cherry. Dr. Cherry was very nice and explained everything to me and he put me at ease about what will happen when I come in to have my eye surgery. I am very impressed with the staff. Excellent, very knowledgeable. Dr.Bejot has drawn things on paper to help me to understand completely. I have glacoma and I recently had the procedure in office. The specialist whom did this procedure was excellent also. Like I say I rate every employee a 10. I'd like to add: several years ago a different office had diagnosed me with a possibility of glacoma. Dr. Bejot is always very thorough, and he always takes the time to address all of my concerns, and he takes the time to explain my symptoms and everything else i have questions about in great detail. i always feel respected, and i definitely feel more informed about my eye health after my appointments with Dr. Bejot. i am very grateful to have him as my eye Dr. and i l can say exactly the same about Dr. Cherry, James, and all of the other Nurses and support staff at the practice.

I have been going to Dr Bejot for years. He is always thorough, pleasant and efficient. His staff is pleasant. I don't like the computer check-in process. I prefer to talk directly with people.

We had a scheduled appointment for -late in the afternoon- We signed in approximately 10 minutes early It is now 5:00 and no one has come out to let you know they will be with you shortly or that he is doing a study to see how long someone is willing to wait. Very poor consideration for a patients time. Having been in retail my whole career and providing services to doctors, lawyers etc... not one of them would ever (EVER) wait more then 10 minutes with out flexing there status mussels to let you know what and who they are. 5:10 and just got walked back ...
