I have been a patient at Edmond Regional Eye Associates for 10 years, and I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received. Dr. Hogue and Dr. Daniel are both exceptional doctors - attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being. I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with them - no complaints whatsoever. That being said, I do have a recurring frustration with the billing department. Each time I visit, I receive a bill stating I owe money, but when I check with my insurance (Blue Cross), it’s not correct. I ...

Dr Daniel and his assistant Melany were very professional and took time to explain all test results. They used all the latest technology in evaluating my specific vision needs and carefully explained each test protocol. They made me feel confident in the proposed treatment plans and need for further tests in the future. The front office staff were also very pleasant and professional. I am completely confident having my vision needs Dr Daniel’s care.

The staff seemed short and easily irritable. They won't verify if your insurance is covered and if they are in-network - be sure to validate this before hand. They also put the expiration date of my prescription as the same date as the exam - had to call them about this, and they actually asked what I wanted them to do about it. So, I asked them to email me a new copy with the corrected expiration date. They did, but they also sent incomplete prescription details. Cataract surgery w Dr. Hogue went well. Very thorough pre and post care. I had the panoptic lenses; and they have provided better than 20/20 at distance, reading and computer distances. Very satisfied.
