Today was my 1st visit @ Moore Vision. The entire staff was very friendly, professional, efficient and paid close attention to detail. My exam was complete. I liked the optometrist as well. I made my next appointment for 2027 while I was there. Thanks to Moore Vision Team!! - Terry
I made my son and I an appointment for July 15th. I took PTO for that appointment only for them to call two days before our appointment to reschedule because Dr. Venard had a family emergency. Totally understandable and we rescheduled for August the 14th and today on August 6th they called to reschedule again because Dr. Venard had “something come up last minute.” Over a week before the appointment that I also put in PTO for. Instead of offering another doctor they just wanted to reschedule us again…. As a brand new patient this looks bad on you guys. ...
Hands down best vision Dr ever! I've been going here for a years now and i my family and I have always been treated with the best care & customer srv. I was just recently removed off my now ex husband insurance. During this time my glasses got bent out of shape and the nose holder was broken. I came in today told them what happened and right away Nakela took such great care of me. I thought i wouldn't be able to get them fixed since they don't take the i suancre i have now or maybe even tell me they couldn't help me. But NO it was the exact opposite. ...
Dr. Venard took time to explain things I didn't know, no other doctor I've seen had ever taken the time to do that. The staff was friendly and caring as well. I highly recommend him.
I had a great experience at my sons eye care appointment. Dr. Venard & staff was very welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my questions were answered. I felt very well taken care of and never rushed during the appointment. The whole process was smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care!
