As a patient preparing for lasik, this was a new experience with a new company. Lucy at the front desk appeared bothered by questions, responding coyly, and insensitive at times. Typically, the person operating the front desk is the first impression of the business and how you will be treated as a patient. Fortunately, the first impression would have been wrong. Had anxiety going in, BP was elevated, but seemed to be in and out super fast! Felt lots of pressure on right eye, felt like something was poking me in the eye. Didn't know what to expect so had no idea what it was. Really no pain to speak off! Didn't ask many questions on first eye, but I asked more on left eye. All of the staff and dr were very nice and the care was top notch! Went in on left eye with BP normal and a little more at ease. Same great care from everyone! Both surgeries were a success! Waiting for vision to be more clear.
The front desk person was very unfriendly and almost rude at times, like it was a bother for us to be in her space. From the perspective of the patient's driver/mom, it was a horrible experience. Hardly any communication and what there was was short and uncaring. Patient was told to be there at 1:45 and then the Dr was late. Patient was taken back about 1.5 hours later and absolutely no updates about the delay. She was the last patient and a nurse finally came out and gave an update, she was nice and caring. I would recommend NJoy vision and Dr. Edward Jones for anyone looking to have cataract removal and Lens replacement. Not having to fuss with wearing glasses anymore has been an absolute life changer for me to maintain and enjoy my active life style.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough! I was very anxious about doing lasik but the staff was so helpful and walked me through every step. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable. I woke up the day after surgery able to see! 10/10 recommend!
I walked in the bva clinic my vision was so bad now I am 20/15 and cataract free yes thank you dr. Britton job well done 👍 my advice is to everyone don't wait you should go for it 😜
