I had a very positive experience overall. Everything was smooth and efficient, and I was honestly surprised that my vision improved immediately after the procedure. My only concern was the waiting time. I was told multiple times that the process would take about an hour and a half, so I arranged childcare based on that. However, the actual visit took closer to 2.5 to 3 hours. I do wish I had been informed more accurately beforehand so I could plan better. I would and have been recommending this procedure at this facility to everybody that seems even halfway interested. All of the staff are courteous and very professional, And they explain everything to you with in-depth precision. Additionally, With the easy financing available and 0% interest rates They offer I can see no reason for anybody not to do this. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I am enjoying my new vision and life without glasses. A hearty thank you and shout out to all the people at this facility that made it happen.
Everyone is so nice. When I got my procedure done one of the ladies held my hand the whole time. They checked up on me for a week after my appointment and had follow-ups every two weeks or so to make sure my vision was doing okay and that my eyes were healing well.
