I had a great experience at this practice. The doctor (Neha Raparla) was thorough during my eye exam and clearly explained everything she found, which I really appreciated. She was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the visit, and the whole appointment moved efficiently without a long wait. The staff were also welcoming and helpful from check-in to check out. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an eye doctor who’s both knowledgeable and easy to talk to!!

Dr. Miller was absolutely wonderful! He took his time with me and truly listened as I explained my symptoms and concerns. He then thoroughly explained what was going on, walked me through my options, performed the necessary testing, took pictures, and made sure I clearly understood the next steps. Despite my initial impression that the office felt a bit like an assembly line - moving from one stage to another - I have to say that most of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. My only disappointment was that no one explained the overall process in advance. Doctor Aronsky was great. However, the surgical coordinator in King of Prussia was terrible. Very pushy to get cataract surgery scheduled, then ghosted me. Called me a few days later to let me know that she scheduled me with the WRONG surgeon, so we had to change everything around. I was not home and so I could not write things down - she said she would email all details to me and NEVER did! I left FOUR voicemails - four days in a row - and emailed and I was completely GHOSTED. My whole experience at Kremer (KOP) was amazing from the very first appointment through my post-op care. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Kremer did an amazing job doing a routine lasik surgery on both of my eyes. They were transparent and clear with what would happen. The day of surgery was fast and the team was accommodating and calming. I would recommend this surgery for its quickness, effectiveness, and ease.
