I got LASIK here and had an exceptional experience with both pre-op appointments and the actual procedure. The facilities are clean and accessible, and the doctors were all very knowledgeable and attentive. The procedure itself was really smooth and the staff and Dr. Feldman did a great job talking me through it step-by-step. Special thanks to Lauren, Anthony, and Dr. Nagelburg who were all amazing. All staff were super helpful. Highly recommend!
For this first time ever after being a patient for several years, I didn’t have a great experience only because COOKIE was so very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL on the phone. She didn’t answer the phone like how one should working @ a place such as this. It wasn’t friendly, welcoming nor professional. I had such an amazing experience here! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Dr Michael was so kind, helpful and answered any concerns I had. I was helped by a sweet girl before him (forgive me for not remembering her name) but she was the sweetest and they both gave me such a beautiful experience!
Great doctors, both ophthalmologists and opticians, but customer service is lacking both in person and by phone. Front desk staff speak to clients like they are children, are not friendly and do not listen to the client's concerns nor preferences. Some people have more knowledge than these front desk clerks. Some clerks even gave out bad information. That's why only 3 stars, but doctors are 5/5.
Everyone at Philadelphia Eye Associates is amazing. Each person is expert at their specific jobs during an examination. Everything goes so quickly and smoothly. Dr. Repke is beyond wonderful. I always feel great leaving there knowing I have the very best care! Love them!
I had a great experience during my appointment; I didn't have a lot of forms to fill out and the staff was welcoming, friendly and I was seated fast and called back fast. It was wonderful. The technician and doctor were very informative and educational; once I was all done I was able to book my future appointment. The Optical Shop was great, friendly, informative and their prices were amazing. Definitely worth your time and money if you are getting glasses like me and have high vision like me, I recommend.
