Wills Eye Hospital

Scheduled appointment at 10am hour and half later after speaking to management still not being seen. Absolutely wild to have an appointment and wait for so god dam long to be seen. This wait times are unacceptable.The ER is good but hospital itself is awful. Also the parking situation is insane like 30$. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else for follow ups.

I took my mom to the eye Dr and she loves it there but this past time they took so long but the front desk was great it was quick to be taken back but while waiting to transfer to Dr it was a long wait. I will say DO NOT use their parking garage they put 6 bucks towards validation of parking and for a 2 hrs it was 36 bucks and that was with the 6 dollars off . There's so many parking garages that are way cheaper . Also , they wanted to call her the weekend of her surgery like just randomly which I think you should be able to schedule when they can do it ...

They have my mother there and they just called me after hours. I missed the call, they didn't leave a message, I called back 3 minutes after they called, and was directed to the on call doctor, who had no idea what was going on but was able to tell me there were no surgeries today. I finally got hold of my mom and they had reached out to her emergency contacts to tell us that their discount code at the hotel nearby was no longer valid. They could easily have left a message instead of making me think my mom had been put under and not woken up. My rating ...

Today I had an appointment at Will eye Hospital in Philadelphia. I arrived early and they took me early. I had the pleasure of dealing with Whitney Jamison. She was so nice and friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. She was so nice that I did not mind when she taped open my eyelids. I was seen early and out the door right on time. Very pain-free appointment thanks for the great job Whitney.

See Dr. Michael Cohen in the Marlton, NJ office, once had to see him in Philadelphia, because he is the only one I trusted. I have had an outstanding experience with Dr. Michael Cohen for over a year. He greeted me with a smile and handshake which put me at ease. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking exceptional eye care. I was treated by him and the staff with professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for my wellbeing. A quick update. I went back for a follow up appointment at the Cornea Center on the 9th floor of the main building. Once again, everyone was great. A special shout-out to Dr. Aguuki and Dr. Rapuano. They did an excellent job explaining everything, were very attentive to my concerns, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions.
