Dr. Harris and his staff are great. Customer service is good. Nice friendly place. Complete eye exams and follow up. Five stars.

What a great experience! Kudos to Marlene and Linda at the front desk for working with me on an issue I had with insurance. They were kind and considerate. Marlene talked to the insurance company rep to try to resolve the issue. Linda helped me reschedule my appointment. Wills Eye Hospital is lucky to have employees like this, that go above and beyond. Thanks Linda and Marlene. Your kindness will not be forgotten!

I’m writing this while waiting for the eye doctor. This is my second visit in a week, and both times I’ve waited over an hour to be seen. They did a contact fitting for single use contacts during my first visit. For whatever reason, I had to come back for biweekly contact fittings, despite the single use being the same prescription and fit as my biweekly. Silly. Whatever. Made an appointment for 3 pm for a “quick fitting.“ Got here at 2:45 pm. It’s 4:10 pm. Now 4:11 pm. Each minute feels like a small lifetime. Maybe an eternity. I’ve been sitting here ...

As others have said the wait times here are ridiculous, this office clearly does not value the time of their patients. I went twice within a month, once for a regular eye exam and once to get dilated (since the first appointment took so long and I had to get back to work). Both times I waited about 45 minutes past my appointment time just to be called back, and then it was more waiting as I was shuffled around. Staff felt disorganized like they didn’t know who was where or waiting for what. The waiting room is chaotic, they have a tv blasting plus music ...

The wait time is atrocious. Time waiting in waiting room: 35 minutes Time waiting in the room: 50 minutes Total wait time: 1 hour 25 minutes I arrived fifteen minutes early for my 10:30 appointment, as asked by the office. I then waited 35 minutes to be called into a room. The nurse gathered my details and did a few quick tests 10:50-10:55. I then waited another 35 minutes alone in the room with no updates, at which point I found a nurse who informed me I was “next”. While Dr Walter Harris may be an excellent Dr, he and his staff show very little respect for a patient's time. I waited for an hour and thirty minutes before he had time to see me. This did not instill confidence in his skills. I will seek care elsewhere.
