The Facility @ Carolina Eye Care is very convenient & impressive. We were greeted by a kind lady named Jennifer. A pleasant young man named Tim escorted us to the exam room & recorded all of my necessary information cheerfully. Dr Burger is the best and very thorough with the examination. She explains everything in an understandable way. You won’t find a better opthamplogist with such a wonderful personality anywhere. I enjoy my checkups. Great doctor.

The doctor is just fine (Dr. Burger). But I am leaving to find another practice for my eye care because of the manner in which the staff at the local office, the billing department and the area "Director of Operations" managed a complaint. For 4 months, I have been passed to another person or "team", told I would be contacted back (and often was not), and never gained any resolution.
