The staff here were incredible. My consultation was very thorough and they made sure I understood everything about the process and procedure. They were very up front about the cost, risks of the procedure, etc. The day of the surgery was as easy as it could be. I was the first procedure of the afternoon and was in an out within an hour and a half. The surgeon spent time with me to explain the procedure and see what questions I had. During the surgery he explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. The day after surgery my eyesight was 20/15 and ...
I really didn’t know what to expect the first visit I had. But Bridget was so knowledgeable and patient- she explained the whole process then Tiffany did 2 hours of complete testing. The day of surgery - everything worked like a well oiled machine! No anxiety and the procedure was short and easy. My checkup the next day produced 20/20 vision in both eyes!!!! What a great feeling! I’d highly recommend this place and it’s people! Great experience!!!
The staff was all nice! Trisha is probably the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet. The surgery was a lot more terrifying that I thought it would be. That’s why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, because I wish they would have told me more and I could have taken the appropriate drug to help my nerves and heart. I had 20/16 one day after surgery so I would call that a success! I would suggest to read the fine print before purchasing the assurance plan, they for sure want to sell you on it and to be honest I thought it was a little too much pressure. I did get ...
Amazing Staff! Bridgett was incredibly helpful and made sure we understood all of the details. Everyone was incredible and made us feel welcome and comfortable. All of our follow up visits were also pleasant and I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my eyes were perfect! I would definitely recommend LASIK Vision Institute!
Amazing experience. I went from -3 vision to 20/15 in 1 day. No pain. They are thorough and professional. Dr. O Day was an excellent surgeon. Recommending this to everybody including my family. Please mention my name as a reference so I will receive a gift card, but honestly this was a life changing experience for a great value.
I went for my consultation in October. The doctor was out. I was supposed to get a phone call to discuss cost ,scheduling ,and risks exs. Didn't get a call. So waited 2 week and I called them. They scheduled another appointment. Then called me back to cancel that appointment and said I didn't need an appointment that someone would call me back. 3 months later. I'm still waiting .
