I have had multiple amazing experiences with this group. Dr. Smith did my cataract surgeries, Dr Armstrong has treated me for other things I have needed as well as Dr. Kwak. All of the staff is extremely professional, the facility is always clean. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this group 10 out of 10 times every time! Thank you ESG for making my vision so much better!!
Yesterday, I presented for cataract surgery on my right eye. Prior to the procedure, I expressed a concern to Dr. Crothers, who recently performed surgery on my left eye. Unfortunately, I felt my concern was not addressed respectfully and that his response was dismissive. A nurse who was preparing me for surgery stated she would have anesthesia speak with Dr. Crothers regarding my concern, as I reported seeing black dots. I was later told that he was not in the clinic and that I should direct my concerns to Total Eye, which was confusing since he had ...
My eye surgery on both eyes was a success. Everything in the office from the receptionist, the doctor, nurses and assistances were great!! I was afraid but, the nurses calmed me down. I would refer Eye Specialty Group to all my friends and family. If I could give a 10 I would!!
