Sloan Rush was very kind and helpful- he is the only reason I gave 2 stars. We waited for an hour past our appt time to even be called back into a room then we waited another 25 minutes in the room for the dr to come in for a 5 minute visit. The lady at the check in desk was kind and helpful but the lady at the check out desk was very rude and not helpful at all. My experience with Rush Office today was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I was sold a product that I ultimately could not use, and when I returned to request a refund, I was met with resistance and vague references to “company policy” that were never clearly explained to me beforehand. Dr.Gerald is very knowledgeable and explained my issue with clarity. He also provided written instructions which aids in patients knowledge and competency the ability to follow instructions with accurately. He went out of his way to make the visit both pleasant and informative.
Beautiful clinic, love the Christian music. Dr Gladman has helped my eyes tremendously and is an answered prayer. My eyes were in despair when I first saw him. His treatment plan and guidance has helped bring me a long way. His assistant Tren is caring and kind as well. Please do not wait another day, if you suffer from dry eye disease come be treated here.
