Everyone was so nice and pleasant i was greated with the biggest smiles. My nurse was so patient she took her time explaining each test. She explained the surgery I asked her about and also told me if I had any more questions when I got home I could call her.

Will not go back. In addition to billing issues (they don't warn you that your Insurance might not pay for something), I also had issues with my prescriptions. It turns out they billed my health insurance instead of my eye Insurance. Health insurance denied. When I called to ask why they didn't bill my eye Insurance, the office manager very matter of factly said "we did tell you, and it's on your appointment reminders too". Well, NO, you did NOT tell me. Knowledgeable and thorough, Dr. Stewart listened, and was a pleasure to figure out the right course of action with. I went out of her office in a much better mood than I walked in with. Absolutely exemplary ❣️ … and that goes for her assistant Janelle too!

I visited Dr. Medert at Austin Eye on 1/29/26. It wasn’t my first visit with him, but my third. Each visit I had a different issue. Dr. Medert figured out each time what was going on. I am grateful for him and all of the Staff at Austin Eye. They are kind, courteous knowledgeable and caring. They all love their roles in helping others and it shows! Don’t hesitate to reach out to get answers to what’s going on with your eyes. Dr. Medert will know, or he will take the time needed to figure it out!

As a senior citizen, I look for kindness when I have a medical appointment. The staff and doctors at Austin Eye are beyond kind as they answer questions, perform the different tests, and discuss the results and your eye health. At the northwest location, the parking is convenient to the front door where you are immediately greeted at the front desk. The campus inside and out is kept immaculate. I have gone to Austin Eye for many years. I will continue to see them, at least annually, and recommend their services to family and friends.

I have recently looked into and visited several opthamologists near me in the northern New Jersey and New York area. I have watched some of their YouTube videos and visited some of their offices. Although they all seemed very competent and exceptional at what they do I can say Dr. Wong is in a league of his own.
