VERY SLOW!! Appointment was at 10:30, didn’t get called to the back until 11:45. The front desk ladies seemed to have an attitude when I asked them what was going on. There were people coming in after me that got called before me but that’s not the point. After seeing all the people I needed to see, I had to sit back in the waiting area for longer. At this time it was around 12:45. I did not end up leaving until 1:20. Terrible place, they are not big on punctuality, or getting the people in and out. When arrive, was very short wiat time to be called back for first part of exam. It went well, then ask to wait in common area before see md. The wait was about 30 minutes before taken into md exam room. The wait before md came in was over 45 minutes with no one checking on me or an update as to how much longer I had to wait for the md. When md came into my room, she was very polite & performed a good assessment, but didn't apologize for my long wait. I think an apology would have gone a long way. Other than long wait for md, my experience was very good.

The eye center is a nice place and the Dr's are good, but pre billing and surgery consultants are cold. I have tried 3 times to find out how much a cataract surgery is going to cost and I get very little "customer service" in this process. They are very money oriented and do not go out of their way to help guide you thru things that they do everything but that I would do only once in a lifetime. So dont look for any warmth from them or a friendly person to help, because they are not there. They give you the feeling that they are busy and have better ...

I drive an hour to see this practice. Very warm and friendly staff. Attentive and concerned. No rushing, plenty of time for Q&A. Would highly recommend. And I happen to be a DMD, so I know what both a good staff and practioner are worth. They have done my surgeries and post op, plus my follow-ups. Extreme professionalism!

Very unprofessional and unethical people. My husband has been in talks with these people an entire week and was told he would be getting a consult for an eye surgery only to be told AFTER he’s paid a $60 co-pay that they have NEVER done the surgery and the Dr. at another office no longer works there. After A WEEK of talking it should’ve came up but didn’t. They didn’t do anything for him except give a referral; not even an apology for lying and wasting his time and stealing his money. My first visit with Dr. Hargrove was amazing. From the moment I checked in until the completion of my exam, the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and valued, and the level of care and attention I received exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hargrove was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to address my concerns.
