The LASIK Vision institute was an awesome experience! They were able to get my vision to better than 20/20 if you can imagine. I have worn contacts and glasses since I was 14 years old, and now I am free of them. I highly recommend their service Dr. Eric Weber and Dr. Tarrant plus their staff were excellent and walked me through the entire procedure. It was safe and the healing process was very smooth. Dr George Joseph and Rosa Sanchez and The team made me feel comfortable and made this process so Easy to go through took about 15 minutes to get my eyes done they explained everything went over everything. Tell me what each machine was gonna do and by the time you’re done talking and showing you, it was done and over with and you could see again. I recommend this for everyone that has glasses to see a whole new different world…. I want to think LASIK Vision Institute for the opportunity… 🙏🏻💯 it’s worth every penny!!!
From the free consultation to my post-op appointment, I felt a great sense of hope and relief. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They took many scans and images to ensure that I was a candidate for this procedure, and eased any fears I had. An email was sent to me with multiple videos and instructions that gave simple directions and expectations for pre and post-op. Everything was fast and smooth! Dr. January is simply amazing and comforted any nerves I felt that day. I only regret not doing this sooner!
Dr January did my lasik and was amazing. He was very helpful and down to earth, I also like how he played music during the surgery, it kept my nerves calm!! Also, the staff is SO friendly!! I had such an amazing experience here and my lasik journey was perfect. I highly recommend the LASIK Vision Institute.
My experience with The LASIK Vision Institute was mixed. On the positive side, the staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire process. The customer service was excellent, and their follow-up care was exceptional. When I experienced complications after my procedure, they took my concerns seriously, monitored my progress closely, and ultimately performed a second surgery in an effort to improve the outcome.
