Good experience. Nice facility. Good outcome. I have a condition that causes me to move when my body relaxes. This obviously can cause issues during a delicate surgery like cataracts. I woke up to being yelled at to “BE STILL” multiple times (something I had no control over). Why not just put me deeper under? When addressed I was basically told it was my fault, get over it or find another doctor. I had a lot of respect for this doctor up to this point and still think he does good work. I understand his frustration with my “jerking” as well. I do not ...
Great experience, friendly and very hospitable! All attendants were very helpful and made me feel very cared for. Dr Hahn was very professional and thoughtful! His suggestion of placing a plug in the left tear duct was a plus! I am having good results with it. The young man who took me back was very informative and listened with great interest! The Asst was very helpful and helpful with her expertise. Good visit!
I was treated very nice and professional every time that I returned. Was always asking if we had questions and if we needed anything. The day of my surgery everyone was great. I think you very much . You were all so wonderful. Again we thank you.
I want to thank Dr. John Parchue and his staff each person that helped me was amazing so polite and down to earth they are great to explain everything before it is done. Dr. Han & his assistant, Jagger, were very kind, compassionate & knowledgeable. Once I was taken back for my appointment everything was handled efficiently with much care for my well being. The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was the 30 extra minutes I had to wait beyond my appointment time.
Incredible sweet, attentive, and amazing staff. Ive never left an appointment so informed and well acquainted. Love Dr Flowers and Love all the workers, they make you feel right at home.
