I was so blessed to be “worked in” today after an eye injury occurred while I was cleaning out a flowerbed in my yard. I stopped by the clinic not knowing if I could be seen or not, but the expertise of the sweet and concerned office worker made the effort to find out. Just had cataract surgery yesterday at Texas Eye and Laser Center. Amazing staff and the efficiency of their process is amazing. I overheard a contractor talking to a nurse talking about how he was amazed how streamlined their operation was compared to other similar places he was servicing. This is the third procedure I've had here and have never been disappointed with the outcome.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and made sure I understood everything. They answered my questions thoroighly . The doctor was very friendly as well. An overall great experience for a doctor's visit. I would recommend this office.
Thank you to Texas eye center for the care they gave me. I would recommend them to anyone. Dr.Young and her nurses were amazing and so sweet. The front desk ladies make you feel welcome and they are super sweet also.
Very impressive staff. Each were well trained and extremely helpful. Explained each test and quickly answered every question I ask. The doctor was awesome and identified my issue very quickly and made recommendations for treatment. Loved the way the staff and doctor worked seamlessly together to help patients. Highly recommend this office for care.
My wife waited from April 2022 until August to have her first cataract surgery. Second eye done end of Sept. Office staff was excellent. Developed YAG in October and she is still waiting on an appointment for correction. The appointment has been rescheduled by their office four times - now it is scheduled for April 6, 2023! Even a reputation as "the best" is of no value if you cannot make time to follow up and serve your patients.
