I was very nervous about having eye surgery, but from the moment I walked in, Sabrina and Priscilla at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. Their kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude created such a relaxing atmosphere that it really helped ease my anxiety. Dr. Ali did an outstanding job with my surgery. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Ali and his team for seeing me the same day as a first-time patient when I was experiencing an urgent eye problem. From the moment I called, they were compassionate, responsive, and understanding of the urgency of my situation. I met with Dr. Chean, she was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully evaluate my condition and explain everything clearly. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient.

I visited the facility yesterday and was impressed from the very beginning. Everything was top notch, starting with my initial inquiry about new patient procedures, out of pocket costs, and insurance acceptance. Dr. Ali was very nice and helpful. His staff is caring and supportive from being greeted to checkout. We are new to the area and are glad to have found an ophthalmologist who takes our insurance and will help our eyes stay healthy!
