I love this practice! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly! When you walk in to the reception area, the staff is so nice and pleasant! Dr. Peterson is on point! Haley, the contact specialist is so helpful and professional. Kabrina(spelling?) took her time with me when I was so unsure about which pair of frames I wanted. She was so patient with me! The entire staff is AWESOME!
I LOVE Brook Run Vision Center. I used to go to Pearle Vision but they treat you like a number. Brook Run is very warm and cater to your individual needs. The staff is amazing and Cabrina is very thorough. I will never go anywhere else and recommend them to any and everyone all the time! Keep up the great work yall! 2 thumbs and 2 big toes up! 🤣😂
I have been a patient since I was in my early twenties right on into my current seventies. I appreciate Dr. Peters' expertise in providing me with the most excellent eye care service. His ability to relay my eyes medical health (good or bad) information to me in a way I can understand is a true gift. The other staff and/or employees I have encountered from the front service desk to the service technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and quick to offer their assistance. As you can hear, I love Brook Road Vision Center!
I was seen by Dr. Pederson who is an excellent and thorough optometrist. I have always been pleased with his skills and expertise and how he explains what he is doing and why and what that means to me as a patient. All of office staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Great service and excellent atmosphere. I would recommend Dr Pederson to anyone seeking eye-care. He is excellent..
I have been going to this practice for years . The staff is always very pleasant and accommodating. Dr Grey is a very nice doctor that treats you with great respect and kindness. He makes you feel comfortable in the chair . I would recommend this practice to anyone . They have great frames as well. I really enjoy going to Brook Run Optical.
