The front desk staff was the most helpful and friendly I believe I have ever seen. They were smiling and before you even signed in they were asking your name. The Doc was also very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn’t have to wait long. The staff doing the testing was also very helpful and friendly. Very good visit.

I love the main office and the OR staff. Everyone is so nice and professional. Tiffany my surgery scheduler 100% knows her job. She walked me thru the entire way of how my insurance would work and what it would cost me out of pocket. All the check in and check out staff was wonderful as well as the clinical area. The drs are all very professional and knowledgeable. The day of my first eye surgery i was so freaking stressful but all in that area of the OR were on top of it all and calmed me down. The pre-op staff was pretty good. The front desk person was not very pleasant. I told everyone that I had a very bad eye phobia. The doctor, anesthesia, front desk, etc. I cried during every encounter. I woke up in the middle of my procedure, crying and saying I could feel everything. I was told I was doing good and that they were almost done. I kept saying it hurts it’s hurts crying, shaking my feet and squeezing my hands yelling oh my god. They told me to keep still I could the instruments as they came to my eye. They were blurry but I could see them. ...

Everyone there is very nice. Dr. Deasy is wonderful! Had my first eye surgery yesterday and all I can say is Thank You to Dr. Deasy. I am seeing everything clearly. The colors are brighter, no halos. It’s amazing. Can’t wait to have surgery on my other eye. I was very anxious, scared. But the staff and Dr. Deasy made it so I feel relaxed and calm. Again thanks to everyone.

I had cataract surgery which went extremely well and the staff was super nice. The biggest negative was that no one contacted me before the surgery to let me know to stop taking one of my medications at least a week before so they could do the surgery and had to reschedule. They're excuse was that it was "in the packet" and it was not. Also I had to fill out the same form with my medications twice (even though they had that info two weeks before the first scheduled procedure) because "they don't upload that information" I will not be returning to them ...

My experience at Dominion Eye Associates of Chesterfield was remarkable . The staff was friendly and professional while showing genuine compassion for my 99 year old father. The doctor was so caring, gentle and friendly and showed nothing but genuine concern for my father‘s vision. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing eyecare. Thanks to Veterans Affairs for using this practice for my father and any other veteran needing eye care!
