I had a great first experience at Grove Eye Care. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kelly Nguyen was wonderful, friendly, personable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. We discussed my options for frames and contacts, as well as what my insurance would cover, and I was able to place an order that same day. Dr. Deese is exactly the kind of optometrist you need. During my appointments, he has listened closely, showed genuine care, and took my symptoms seriously even though they were not showing up as an obvious structural issue. After feeling dismissed at other practices, I was so grateful to be met with patience, curiosity, and a willingness to work with me to figure out what is going on. I felt heard, respected, and well cared for. Highly recommend.
We had an emergency yesterday, and Grove Eye Care gave us an appointment immediately. The staff was very kind and courteous. Dr. Deese performed a thorough eye examination and reassured us by explaining everything in detail. He was very patient, kind, humble, and thorough. He also provided additional recommendations regarding both my eye health and my little one’s eye health. I highly recommend this practice 100%. We also booked an appointment for my wife with Dr. Deese again, and we will definitely recommend this practice to our friends and family.
Dr. Thimothi was outstanding. I had previously had a difficult time with my glasses. She was personable and an excellent listener. She took time to understand the problems I was having. We worked through a number of options to try to find a proper solution. I was very pleased with my outcome.
Phenomenal staff willing to work with my same day scheduling request. Check in process was quick and easy. Being seen by the doctor was also extremely quick and he was able to rapidly reduce my stress by being thurou and answering all my odd questions.
