Troy had an appointment with Wendy to get new sunglasses. She did an amazing job selecting the perfect eye ware for his face. She’s so bubbly, patient, pays attention to detail and has great customer service. I tagged along with Troy and mentioned I probably should get my readers filled. Wendy took the time to find me a good fit for my face, worked with my budget with no judgment. She is awesome at her job. Wendy was absolutely wonderful. She took her time to assist my grandmother pick out the perfect frames to her liking. She showed her many options with valid feedback on each option stating how each pair would complement my grandmothers face. She answered all our questions and made sure we completely satisfied with our choices before concluding the transaction. Everyone else we interacted with at this location was just wonderful as well. I had LASIK surgery with Dr. Neatrour when I was 28 years old. Next year will be 30 years from the original surgery. My original cataract evaluation appointment had to be rescheduled due to Dr would not be in the office. I had to wait several months for this appointment. When the appointment was originally scheduled I asked how long the appointment was. Was told not long less than an hour. Arrived at my appointment, asked if the Dr. was running on time I was told yes but the technicians were behind. I had another appointment and told the scheduler I needed to be out by 11. Was taken back 10:25 and technician did her work. Told me to have a seat in the waiting room. ...
