I am going into my second year with NW Vision and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Kitamura is phenomenal, thorough and so incredibly kind. She has never made me feel as if my time with her is rushed, if anything I feel guilty for the time she affords me. But I’m going to let everyone on in secret - my most favorite thing about coming to NW Vision (other than being able to see) is Kimberly, the office + contacts extraordinare. My experience was good. I really like my eye doctor. She is always able to answer questions I have. I was the first patient at the clinic in the morning. The team was great at getting me in for my exam quickly. Everyone was very friendly and explained things to make it easier to understand. I like this eye clinic!
Highly recommend. Informative, kind, helpful, and professional. The front desk greeted me warmly. Kiso (sp?)who ran some initial tests was very kind, l. I was seen by Dr Kitamura who was very knowledgeable (excellent, will absolutely go back and request her), i paid my bill with Kimberly. (You'll recognize her by her pretty nails and nice demeanor!😍) Brenda was outstanding when looking at glasses and broke the information down for me really well. Maybe I sound sappy, but to have such a great team is what sets this practice apart from others! Too ...
I just wanted to recognize how helpful one of the employees were at this clinic. Layla made everything feel seamless from start to finish for my husband, and that kind of support really doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Layla!
Northwest Vision has been our family's eye clinic for many years. Dr. Kitamura is great, and she has helped both her and my mom with our vision issues. Dr. Gilbert is now helping my mom with her increased problems of glaucoma. Also, Kimberly is the best!! She goes above and beyond any help we need with anything.
