From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. I was a bit anxious before the procedure, but Helen took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable when I did the consultation. Dr. Walker was especially reassuring, and their communication helped put me at ease throughout the procedure. Everyone I interacted with was kind, welcoming, and professional. Looking back, I only wish I had gone through with it the moment I thought about it. Not really what I expected, no pain at all.

The very next day I was able to drive, and everything was crystal clear. The staff was amazing throughout the entire process - professional, caring, and supportive. Quick, painless, and absolutely worth it! Highly recommend. The entire team took the time to answer all of my questions and, knowing I was flying in from Alaska, really worked with me to make the appointment timing and scheduling fit perfectly into my quick trip. The staff and Doctors were very friendly, and knowledgeable. The procedure was easy and painless. Upfront and reasonable cost that included after care products. From the consult to follow-up it was a great experience. It was a little bit of a far drive for me but I'm glad I chose this office for my Lasik.
