Amazing Experience! Dr. Elizabeth Martin is so gentle. Tala was so friendly and patient. I had cataract surgery yesterday on July 24th, on my right eye, the surgery went great and my vision is greatly improved, and the surgery on my left eye will be performed on August 7th. My recent (March 2026) cataract surgery was an eye-opener in both improved vision and the overall experience of achieving it thanks to the inestimable skill and kindness of Dr. Kremer, the great staff at Achieve, and the incredible teamwork of all involved at the Pacific Surgery Center. Dr. Kramer is hands down amazing. My lasik was fast and painless and I was able to go on my first out of country vacation without the burden of vision issues. Snorkeling was a breeze. I only wish I had considered surgery a little sooner but I am so glad I overcame my fears and got lasik. Completely a life changer.
The front desk people are all courteous and helpful. The assistants to the doctor are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with Dr Leen and the outcome of my cataract surgery. She is friendly, professional and thorough. I highly recommend Achieve Eye & Laser Specialists.
Everyone was very kind - BUT I had to wait one and a half hours for a 15 minute glaucoma test and a 15 minute consultation and another short test. Total time spent at Achieve was over 2 hrs! That's NOT acceptable!!! I heard that in general all doctors and assistants are usually far too overbooked. The scheduling system at Achieve leaves MUCH to be desired - compared to ANY other medical facility I've been to in the last 40 years - and there were many! If the doctors weren't as top notch as they are...I'd go elsewhere!
