Superior customer service, consultations and surgery. Dr. Copperman, Morgan and the tech staff are exceptional. Lovely people, very comforting, confident and provided outstanding services. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which I appreciated and was the main positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was frustrating. I came in needing updated vision care and had questions about obtaining a spare pair of prescription glasses as quickly as possible. I understood that the clinic itself might not be able to provide glasses the same day, but when I asked about alternative options, staff members simply said they didn't know. Dr. Copperman is a very good doctor. He took a biopsy of a spot on my eyelid immediately rather than wait for another appointment which I appreciated very much. I didn’t have to take the time to worry about it longer as it was being taken care of now. His incision was as small and precise as possible given the delicacy of the area. I would recommend him to anyone!
I’ve trusted my eye care to Eye Associates NW for over 30 years. On my recent visit, I was seen quickly after the sign-in process. I saw Dr. Stacy Porter for the first time after a long history with Dr. Kelly, now retired. Dr. Kelly was an exceptional doctor, friendly, professional and thorough. I sense that Dr. Porter will equal Dr. Kelly’s skills. The front desk staff I spoke with was in a hopefully infrequent bad mood, sullen but efficient. Overall, I feel like I remain in good hands.
I’m so grateful for the referral to Eye Associates! All the staff, including the drs. show care & concern. Staff are friendly & helpful. The care protocols are patient driven & very well organized.
