I was referred as part of an eye exam to Anderson and Shapiro to clear up clouding that had occurred in a lens that was implanted after a cataract surgery and I had no idea they could do anything about that. But actually the procedure was quick, painless and incredibly helpful. They used the laser it was done in in 15 minutes and the improvement was remarkable. The whole setup was convenient. Easy. Well organized well. Well managed and really made a difference by most positive recommendations
I had the most wonderful experience with my cataract surgery at Anderson & Shapiro. They made sure I knew all about what was involved with the procedure, made sure I was comfortable with every step of the way. I would highly recommend their Surgeon's and great staff.
Today I had the greatest phone call with Dr. Shapiro assistant, Crystal. She took so much compassionate time with me and explained so much. I’ve never had anyone take the time to answer questions, explain issues and provide info like she did. Crystal is a rare and extremely valuable asset to Dr Shapiro office. I have 3 family members who have used Dr Shapiro for removal of cataracts. I highly recommend them. A HUGE gratitude and praise to Crystal who helped me today. She is priceless! Kathy D.
The care I received was top notch. I did call before my first appointment to ask a couple of questions involving details of the upcoming app’t, but never received a return call. One question was if I needed a driver to get home - a rather important detail. It all turned out ok, as my husband came along (just in case) & I was glad he did, as with my dilation I would not have been able to drive myself home for at least a couple of hours.
So glad my eye doctor referred me to Anderson & Shapiro Eye Surgeons! Very professional and explains everything in detail so you know what to expect. Very knowledgeable and I was so impressed with them. My results were unbelievable! I'm so glad I went there and can't believe how much better I can see!! I would definitely recommend them 100%.
