The nurse that seen me and done all the preliminary sstuff... Great people person. She was very professional did her job good, kindly, and carefully, and was a fun person too. Dr Nork did a very good and thorough job, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them and would want to come back if ever I need their help again.
Got here early 8:30am on a Tuesday morning. Lots of Handicap parking just outside the door. Easy checkin and nice quiet waiting room. Stacy, our nurse, was very nice and understanding. My wife's blood pressure reading was perfect.
Last February Dr. Gordon Crabtree did surgery on my right eye due to a dislocated cataract lens. The operation went very well as did the entire healing process. I had my final post-op followup appointment yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the results and the treatment I received throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Crabtree. He is sensitive, kind and thoughtful. He explained the process well, answered all my questioned and was easy to talk to. He and the entire staff were always professional, friendly, and caring.
My pre-op appointment with Karla, a nurse practitioner, was more informative than I anticipated. I knew that it was going to involve a review of my vitals and health history. I also learned about what to expect after my cataract surgery and how to avoid complications. Karla has the perfect disposition for being a healthcare provider - knowledgeable, a good listener, a clear communicator, and empathetic. Thank you.
I am totally happy and thrilled with my visit.At u w a health. I thought I was there for a consultation and evaluation. But doctor chana lasered and then put a bubble in my eye and I can actually see again where my vision was gone. Everybody there was phenomenal to deal with and explained everything that was going on. I am planning on coming back for my visit on friday.At eleven to see where we're at on the whole thing. Thank you again very much more than you probably ever know.
Everyone was very professional, kind and made what was a concerning issue for me very comfortable. Rhonda is very good at putting people at ease and guiding us thru the tests. Amazing machine for photoing eye. Dr. Cushing also put me at ease. She is very knowledgeable and asks lots of questions and listens to the answers. I felt much better and she aldo suggest some eye drops for me. She is very easy to talk to. The clinic is clean and well set up. I am grateful for the care I received.
