I was looking for a change from a large chain eye clinic and found exactly what I was hoping for at Eye Care Vision Center of Wauwatosa. Dr. Lind was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything during my exam. The staff was welcoming, and the whole visit felt smooth and low stress. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Lind and this clinic if you’re looking for a more personal eye care experience. I will definitely be coming back for future visits.
If I could give a negative experience rating I would. I visited for an eye exam and made the mistake of TRYING to get a new pair of glasses. Staff is very rude making for unpleasant interactions. I made the mistake of paying $305 up front for a pair reading glasses which I never received. After they told me the glasses broke in the lab and they would have to reorder, I made the drive in to receive the replacement glasses. They broke as the front office person attempted to put them on my face. I let her know that I don't want them if they are that fragile ...
I had been with them for 2 years. Yesterday I called and asked for my PD and was told I couldn’t get it because it goes against their policy, which is something I never saw or was told. Basically they don’t want you to purchase glasses anywhere else. But I will never return here and I hope they reading this cause I still ended up getting my PD through my insurance company. Lol 😂😂
I had a fantastic experience at my recent appointment and highly recommend Eye Care Vision Center of Wauwatosa! Dr. Lind and the team were friendly and made me feel really comfortable throughout the process. They even helped me select frames too! If you’re looking for an eye doctor who combines professionalism with genuine care, look no further!
The Dr herself is fine, but her staff is what’s going to cause her to loose patients. I brought my children here due to an insurance change and have almost immediately regretted it. The last straw is most recent when I declined to purchase glasses from here and asked for their prescriptions. The PD measurement wasn’t on there, and when I called for it, the refused to give it to me saying that would need to be obtained from where I chose to buy the glasses from. That information should be included on the prescription. My children will not be returning.
