After a very frustrating initial consult with a well-reputed eye surgery office, I found Dr. Caroline Watson to be a breath of fresh air. Not only did she patiently sit with me during the initial consult, she AND her staff addressed my concerns and answered my questions with empathy and professionalism. Absolutely NO prideful remarks like I experienced elsewhere! Dr Watson and Dr Kane are amazing. As is the whole practice. And when you walk into the place it's so pretty and relaxing! And the girls up front will do anything they can to help you.
Dr. Caroline Watson was amazing and very informative and made me feel super comfortable especially while being pregnant. Melissa the front desk host was sweet and helpful with my insurance and Jennifer was very helpful in explaining everything before Dr. Watson came! The office is beautiful as well and their office is inside the Range Building in case the GPS confuses you! I appreciate them for making me feel safe and giving me a good experience. 10/10 recommend! 🖤
I was referred to Dr. Watson by a local doctor in Florence, AL because the local cataract surgeon was backed up due to a retirement of a fellow doctor. This worked out really well! I was able to see Dr. Watson almost a month earlier than I could have seen the local surgeon and my surgery was scheduled about 3 months earlier than the first available time for the local surgeon. The initial visit to Dr. Watson's office set the tone for all the remaing visits and surgeries. I was was actually called back EARLY for my first appointment. I was, in fact, still ...
Dr. Watson took one look and tried to push IPL on me. Zero help with my issue, just collected insurance payment and a $50 co-pay, and said to do it again in two weeks (pass). Turned out to be bacterial and fungal. Quickly diagnosed by another doctor.
