Dr. Frederick is not only excellent eye surgeon but spends as much time needed during each visit. I've never felt rushed and he takes time to answer all questions. The staff is friendly and the ladies at the front desk are always friendly, patient and eager to help. I've never had a bad experience and I recommend your agency when I get the chance. Thank you.

Oh my goodness the wait times here is ridiculous. They need better time management. The office is always crowded. They schedule everyone seems like at the same time. You literally have to wait again after being called back to see the Dr, in a separate waiting area. You will wait for more than 2 hours to be seen by the Dr. Everyone's time is important, I don't feel valued as a patient with the long wait times. For myself as well as to others. Please do better with time management, when scheduling patients so we don't have to wait over 2 hours to be seen.

Every person I encountered that morning was so friendly, cordial and kind. The nurses were very attentive and patient while preparing me for the procedure. I am so glad I was changed from the center they had originally scheduled me for, to this particular one. Excellent care!!

My appointment went excellent, started with my sign the young lady greeted with a smile and asked if I had any questions. Then when I called back to get ready to see Dr. Foster my attendant, I think her name was Mary Ann. She did all she could to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. I told her I really appreciated her being so attentive, she said thank you and that she always try’s to do her best. Then the young man continued this treatment with me before seeing the doctor. Appointment on time, technicians performing the tests were excellent and Dr Foster was quick, answered all my questions and was very thorough. I asked for paper copies of his notes and the eye exam which were promptly furnished. Checkout was quick without problems. Really nice visit.
