The folks at Laser Eye Center our amazing! I had gone in originally on a free consultation considering laser eye surgery. I was in quickly but after a couple of theri routine tests found I had pretty bad dry eye so they sent me home with a prescription and new appointment. At my second appointment still my eyes were in bad shape and was sent home with another script and new instructions. At the third visit it was, unfortunately, determined that my eyes are too damaged for the procedure and was given a couple different scripts and suggestions. Not one ...
Not a happy camper. It took me a while to get my annual appointment. I waited over a month. That is not a big deal and it is expected in todays world. The problem is that I get there 10 minutes before my appointment and they tell me i need a new Tricare referral and can't see me without it! Now they tell me? A little lacking. They actually suggested that I call my Doctors office and try and get one and keep my appointment. Not my Doctors office fault why should I ask them to jump through hoops and try and get the referral? I believe they should ...
Dr. Lee performs a quick and professional procedure. Talks to you throughout as well to make you comfortable and for questions. Everyone else in the process was also professional from walking through the door starting at a consultation all the way to going in after to confirm perfect vision. If you're on the fence about Lasik visit Dr.Lee!
Really nice staff. Extremely clean facility. Well organized. Had my cataracts removed. Both visits totally successful. You can’t go wrong here. Well done. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.
Terrible office. I am a transporter and have tried to call twice to check on my patient and they keep putting us on hold and no check back at all!!!
Waiting room chairs were in need of replacement. The seat was all worn off. I was afraid to sit in it for fear of getting my clothes dirty. They had a few replaced and I opted for one. Not the same treatment option that was available in Washington. 😪
