The doctors seem fine, but the billing system is horrible, and when you try to address it, they just slough it off. I texted them, and they don't respond. I tried to reach out via email and didn't get a response. When I called, they just wanted to collect the credit card information and move along. If you can be a good doctor but you can't manage your system, then it's not worth being in the medical practice. Additionally, if you try to visit their website, every browser says it's infected. They don't have, that I can see, any type of safety measures ...
Been to this office and have seen Dr. Freidmeyer & staff 2x now. The office is efficient, the digital tools for scheduling and reminders are excellent, the checkup process and staff support is excellent. Dr. Kaplan is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, efficient, and has a very modern approach that immediately puts you at ease. Her staff is friendly, organized, and easy to work with. The office runs so smoothly that you feel well cared for without ever feeling rushed. I really appreciate how respectful they are of my time.
