I recently had LASIK surgery at Hodges Eye Care and Surgical Center in Tucson, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the professionalism and genuine care from the entire staff made all the difference. My first impression came from Courtney Stafford, and she set the tone for the whole experience. I had 2 cataract surgerys in March and April. The staff was awesome. Best experience. The billing department over charged me by over 1400$. They will not give it back even though my insurance states it is owed to me . They are balance billing me and not honoring their contract. They are not worried about the better Business bureau or the insurance. They don't care about being sued. It will cost you more to recover the money. My husband and I have both had incredible experiences at Hodges Eye Care Center. Our vision has improved so much thanks to their doctor's expertise and attention to detail. Courtney deserves a special shout out! She is absolutely amazing and always makes the process smooth and comfortable. Highly recommend this office.

I was recommended Hodges Eyecare and Surgical Center when my optometrist told me I had cataracts. I was able to get an appointment quickly for them to see what I needed. All options were explained. I got my right eye done first and my left eye done the next week. I had a great recovery and now have 20/20 vision. All the staff that works there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor who did my surgery, Dr Smith is very skilled and has a gift to do this surgery. I will always recommend Hodges to anyone who is looking for a great group of people

Very thorough and professional staff. I was in for annual exam and it went well. I had previously had cataract surgery there and was impressed with the care I received at that time and elected to receive all my eye care at Hodges Eye Care. I reside in SE Cochise county so some travel distance is involved but make the drive because of the confidence I have in Hodges Eye Care. I endorse Hodges Eye Care with out reservations.

Every single person who helped me was very polite and efficient. One of the newer technicians by the name of Chris explained to me what each of the tests was for that he performed. And he spoke with loud voice that I am sure is appreciated by most of the customers, since Cataract Surgery is mostly for elderly people who don’t hear so well.
