Little Rock Eye Clinic

Had an appointment with Dr Pouly. I was greeted at the sign in desk be professionally. I was directed to three waiting area for Dr. Pouly. Staff in that area were very friendly as well as professional. My triage assistant (Kee) was very polite and professional and knew what she was doing. Shortly after she left the exam room, Dr.Pouly entered the room and very upbeat and attentive to my need. He asked great questions and gave me his recommendations. I had cataract surgery performed by Dr. Christian Hester. I was somewhat apprehensive about someone operating on my eyes. He made me feel at ease. His demeanor is perfect for his position. The staff I dealt with left a very good impression with my wife and me. One thing I really appreciated, my appointments were on time and a couple of times a little early. I am happy to report, both of my surgeries were a success.

Little Rock eye clinic is a great clinic ! The office is clean and the staff is efficient and patient oriented. I have never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to see the doctor. Dr Hall is simply the best! She is very attentive and professional! She always takes time to answer all of my questions and explains in detail examination results and any necessary action steps. I have no reservations in recommending Little Rick Eye clinic to anyone for their eye care.

Actually the clinic and the staff seems great. I have only been seen there twice and I don't like putting to high of a crown on things until I have gone there several times. But the staff were great, their glasses department is another story, it's to high for me even with my insurance, that's my take on it. I left out of there paying $400.00 for glasses out of pocket. With that said, no offense, but I should have went to Walmart to pick out my glasses and that's my fault next time I will do just that.

The staff are really nice and welcoming. The only reason why im giving a 3/5 is because the front disc told they were told to bill everyone as a speciality clinic visit even though i was there for a routine eye exam visit which is covered by my insurance as a primary visit so they took more money that what they should.

I’ve never enjoyed going to the eye clinic, but I’m at the age now I need to. I highly recommend this clinic to take care of your vision needs Dr. Myrna Hannah more than exceeded my expectations. She’s very knowledgeable and took her time through the examination to explain everything clearly. A lot of places I visited make you feel like just another number, but I definitely did not feel that way here. 10 out of 10 recommend
