McFarland Eye Care - Baptist Health/Little Rock

I had a phenomenal experience at McFarland eye clinic. Ms. DJUANA, in the eyewear store was especially helpful! She even adjusted the glasses I was currently wearing that had been problematic since I purchased them at another provider. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She also made sure I was comfortable with the new glasses I’d selected. Kudos to McFarland for having an amazing staff!

This was my third visit. EVERYONE there is friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s clear that they love working there. And of course Dr. Rook is without rival. Awesome consultative manner. Explains everything at a level I understand. Gives me all the time I need (I ask lots of questions!). The best of the best!

As a new patient walking in not knowing anyone, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but I’m happy to say I had a really positive experience overall. Going on faith and my wife’s instructions😂, everything went smoothly from start to finish. The preliminary exam was handled well, the doctor was great, and the young lady who helped me with my new glasses was especially pleasant and easy to work with. I truly enjoyed my visit and will absolutely continue using this office moving forward.

The complete staff from checking in at the front desk, to Jessica checking and taking images of my eyes, and to Dr. Rook reviewing everything with me was fantastic. Jessica explained what she was doing so that I could understand. Dr. Rook went over everything with me in such way I could know the status of my eyes. I have been a patient elsewhere for years, and I have never had such professional and caring staff. I will stay here for all my eye care.

Dr. Goodwin and my nurse Madi were very ,pleasant and professional. I also got my eyes dilated and the receptionist gave me some glasses to protect my eyes. The gentleman that helped me with my purchase of new glasses was also very nice to me. Overall, I would definitely recommend McFarland’s to anyone. In fact, I already have!

My visits have been very pleasant. Clean machines and facility. All the team were kind , patient with me. My care was Awesome and very professional as well.
