They got me in and out so quickly with consult and procedure, the procedure was quick and very clean. I loved the staff they were all very nice. Would recommend to anyone, they were amazing. I am writing this review post op day 1 and my vision is already so much better and I have no pain or discomfort!
This is a great place to get your eyes done. Quick and easy no pain. Just a little suction discomfort but that is to be expected. Everyone reassured me that everything was going to be good the doctor came in and talked to us prior to getting the surgery done to know what to expect. It is a very unique experience of getting your eyes done but once they are done it is fantastic. The staff that's on hand in West Little Rock are very great people they explain every step of what's going to be happening with you and your new eyes. If you thought about getting ...
Would recommend, but the procedure is very anxiety inducing. The staff here is very nice and helped calm me down, but still go in expecting a pretty scary procedure if stuff like that scares you. You are allowed to take calming medicine and I would recommend to do so! Stephanie here is the best ❤️❤️❤️
Where to begin. I’ll start with what little staff they have are wonderful. But the organization is lacking. My appointment was at 0830 am for my consultation and 10:15 for my procedure. By 1030 I was finally back for my consult. The poor staff there was running ragged doing their best. At this point I almost left. And I’m glad I didn’t because I can see very well. After the 1030 testing for the consult I was sat in a room to wait for the doctor at 11:30 he finally got to stop in and let me know we could proceed. He was amazing and I got a good bone ...
My experience with TLC was amazing! The staff is beyond friendly and super helpful. I had a million questions and they answered them all without annoyance. The procedure itself only lasted a few minutes, then recovery is a breeze just take a nap. I did experience eye fatigue in the first couple of days, but should right itself with time. I’m very very pleased with the results. I have been wearing glasses or contacts since 4th grade that’s 30+ years for me, and it feels so wonderful to wake up and not put glasses to see what time it is on my phone!!!! I ...
