I had a great experience at Luxor Eye Institute. The staff was welcoming, the office was clean, and everything ran smoothly. I want to highlight Kassandra, she was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
Recent changes have made this a good experience. The new surgery scheduler is very kind and efficient. I was very impressed with her and she's been a great improvement. The wait times are getting better which also is a great improvement. The physician is personable and did a great job on my cataract surgery. I would recommend this office.
My mother was seen by Dr. Amr Kouchouk in January and was scheduled for cataract surgery in April. She obtained medical clearance in March, which was faxed to Luxor Eye Institute as instructed. On the Friday prior to her scheduled surgery, I called to confirm the procedure time. I was routed to a call center and informed that a message would be sent to the surgery coordinator to return my call. I did not receive a response.
