I took my glasses in for an adjustment. They made them worse. I got them home and adjusted them myself in a pot of boiling water. I was able to get them better than you could. I couldn't fax them all the way because you left them with a huge S shape on an edge that should have been flat. Only one one side. The side you didn't mess up I was able to fix. So now my glasses are ruined. You need to train your employees to make these adjustments and nor destroy peoples glasses. Afyer many years, I will not be returning to this company.

Dr. Aguirre was so professional and so friendly! Made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. We took my 3&4 year old and she was very patient with them. I definitely recommend! We felt welcomed since the first visit, the staff is amazing!!

I had such a great experience here from the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. The doctors have amazing bedside manner and truly take their time with you. Dr. Aguirre is wonderful she speaks Spanish, which made communication so much easier for my family. Southwest Eye Care has excellent doctors - they are knowledgeable, kind, and provide great eye exams. Unfortunately, my experience with the lens/optical department has been the complete opposite. The optical department’s customer service and communication are extremely poor. Information given at the time of ordering glasses often changes later, and I’ve been told one thing in person only to be told something completely different afterward. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because of Dr. Aguirre. I liked her very much, and she was very thorough. Unfortunately when it came to purchasing glasses, I felt like I was at a used car lot. I had my own frames. My medicare only covered 150.00 of the purchase. For the very best lenses, I was quoted $745.00. Needless to say when asked how I wanted to proceed, I said "by leaving!" I called a few other places covered by my insurance. They were all rip-off high. I got the exact lenses with transition for 115.00 at another store. Buyer beware!
