Provider was very diligent professional. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to all your needs. I will highly recommend this for all your Eye needs. Their glass. Glasses are also well priced and their ability to admit you is very prompt. I highly recommend recommended.
I had hoped that Dr. Walia would run a tighter ship than Dr. Stainer, but an appointment here takes a minimum of 2 hours. I got here about 5 minutes early for an 11:30 AM appointment, and it’s now 1:40 PM. I’m hopefully in the last stage of this visit, in an exam room waiting for a doctor. I don’t think I will be back. Dr. Walia is a good doctor, but there seems to be something with this location that makes every appointment take forever. The three stars instead of lower is that at least the staff is nice.
Dr. Walia is truly amazing - professional, caring, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I always feel confident that I'm receiving the best care. I highly recommend Dr. Walia and the entire team to anyone looking for exceptional service and outstanding patient care!
I came in on June 24th at 1:30 p.m. Monica was very accommodating and kind along with the technician Validia was very easy and patient with me. I was able to see the provider Katie nickel she was very informative and also accommodated me. As the appointment was supposed to be canceled they were unable to get in touch with me because of an inaccurate area code nevertheless they helped me with Grace and compassion. Thank you ladies
The doctor was very kind and thorough and he is the reason for the 5 stars. However, if I based my review on the office staff, they would receive maybe a 1 star. Everyone seems pissed to be at work.
Visiting this office was legitimately the best experience that I have had in a medical office in a long time. The doctor was so incredibly nice and knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain everything to me. I was almost shocked at how easy and pleasant the appointment was. The rest of the staff that I interacted with were very kind and patient as well. I am so happy to be getting help here.
