Chris and Kim, at the Lasik Center at the Skypond Drive at Centerra in Loveland, were fanastic as I had my many appointments. It was a good experience and now my vision is great. I definitely recommend Eye Center of Northern Colorado.
This is from Tom not Phyllis. I do not understand or like being put into a exam room and left for 30 to 45 minutes. If I have to wait that long I would prefer to be left in the waiting room. I have never understood why the wait for service has to be so long.
Developing cataracts at a young age has been confusing and frustrating for me. However, when I met Chris Winey for my post-surgery light adjustments, he was incredibly kind, and he generously took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions (both practical and hypothetical). This helped to clarify things for me better than what had been explained to me by previous personnel, and it made me more confident. I want to share how amazing Kim S. was today. I went in to pay my bill using my care credit and there was noone at the front desk so I was brought back to Kim in another area. I explained I had tried to pay my bill calling the number on the statement by using my care credit and seemed 2 staff didn’t know how to do that and took my phone number stating they would have someone who did know how to take a payment with this card call me back and two days later still noone had. Kim called multiple staff to see if they could help, she didn’t have rights to ...
I can’t begin to say enough good things about this eye center. From Kim at the front desk, the techs, doctors, and the OUTSTANDING office manager Chris! Even though I wasn’t approved for surgery the team took the time to explain, educate, and help me throughout the entire process. If you are considering eye surgery this is the #1 place to check out.
